Research Interests:
    General fields: drug resistance, enzyme inhibitors, antifolate inhibitors structurally unrelated to the folate. Particular attention is given to methodologies in drug design application.

  • 1) Structure, function and inhibition of Thymidylate synthase.
  • 2) Structure-based drug design of novel b-lactamse inhibitors.
  • 3) New strategy to the design of Pteridine reductase inhibitors against parasitic diseases.
